I have worked for Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters as the Team Leader of the
Building Unit since November 2010. During this time I have called upon the services of
Graham  up to 10 times per week.

I have always found them to be a very professional company — quick to respond to any
queries, both from us, as Loss Adjusters, and from the insured party

They are always willing to go the extra mile to see that a job is completed in a timely
fashion, and communicate well any concerns or problems, and work well as a team to

On the 7th of December 2009 our house was partly destroyed by fire.

Graham and his team were granted the job of the rebuild.

The dealings that we had with Graham Malins, the Project Manager, was wonderful. We found him very compassionate, open to suggestions and gave great advice.

I want to thank you very much for the rebuilding my beach house with such dedication. Your company went the extra mile to see that it was completed to a high standard and every little request was dealt with promptly. The finished result has us all blown away and we can't wait to start running holidays again.

This is a claim that was a real mess and then we re-scoped and re-tendered the extra repairs. The insured was not happy prior to repairs starting.

The repairer is Graham Malins and I have just spoken with the insured, and they had a great experience with this repairer. The insureds are very happy with the service they received from Graham whom they describe as mature and competent.

The job has been completed within three weeks of the tender acceptance and the insured has been kept informed by the repairer along the way as well.
